RAJ SHRIKANT THACKERAY

Raj Thackeray is an Indian politician and the founder and president of Maharashtra Navnirman Sena (MNS), a regional political party that advocates for the rights and interests of the Marathi-speaking people of Maharashtra. He is also the nephew of Bal Thackeray, the late founder and leader of Shiv Sena, another regional political party. Raj Thackeray is currently a director of Aartee Real Estate Investments Private Limited, a company that operates in the hotels and restaurants sector in India. He left Shiv Sena in 2005 after having differences with his uncle and cousin Uddhav Thackeray and formed his own party MNS in 2006.
