The Tofler Platform and Tofler Dataset (together, the “Service”) is operated by TWS Systems Private Limited and its related third parties, (hereinafter referred to as “Tofler”).

The user is referred as to as “You”. If the user is an individual, You means such individual. Tofler reserve the right, at any time, to add to, change, update, or modify these Terms of Service, simply by posting such change, update, or modification on the Site and without any other notice to You.
